Guilott Realty welcomes new staffers

Gay Guilott, real estate broker and owner of Guilott Realty, Inc., 129 Highway 16 Staff, recently announced the addition of two members to her staff.

Realtor Terry A Holliday has lived in the Bandera area for 10 years and considers this community home “in the best sense of the word.”

Although born in Paris, France, as a United States Air Force “brat,” she escaped to Texas “just as fast as she could” and proudly grew up in Schertz.

After being licensed as a real estate agent in 1994, Holliday found herself, at one point, managing 226 rental properties in the San Antonio area. Additionally, she supervised a large equestrian facility for five years, attracting some of the top names in the industry for horse clinics and shows.

Holliday joined Guilott Realty, Inc. in April 2009 and now serves as property manager. Her previous experience with properties in San Antonio has helped her transition smoothly into her position in Bandera. “I’m looking forward to helping clients with their rental needs,” Holliday said.

She and her Texas Aggie husband, Mark, live just a few miles south of Bandera with their extended family of horses, dogs, cats, hummingbirds and a mountain lion.

The couple frequently participates in horseback rides down Main Street on the weekends with their Bandera family and friends.

“Whether you’re looking for a new home, a quiet get-a-way, a horse property or a business location, I welcome the opportunity to help you with your specific real estate needs,” Holliday said.

A lover of the Texas Hill Country, Realtor Pam Boynton joined Guilott Realty Inc. in July 2009 as a marketing specialist.

She brings over 25 years of experience identifying and successfully confronting challenging business opportunities and delivering proven results through marketing and sales leadership with companies like Tyson Foods and Mrs. Smith’s bakeries.

Additionally, Boynton has successfully bought and sold many properties over the past three decades, combining her market acuity with her passion for investment and design.

According to Boynton, she and her husband, Steve, reside in Bandera, “enjoying their piece of heaven.”

“In my work, I always try to deliver excellence for my customers and clients,” Boynton said. “I strive to create real estate transactions that are easy, enjoyable and mutually beneficial to ensure customers keep returning.”
