BMS lady hoopsters hit some bad luck

The Bandera Middle School Lady Bulldog B Teams participated in a hoops tournament Saturday, Jan. 23, in Kerrville.

The seventh grade B Team played a rough and tough two games ending the tournament 0-2. Outstanding Lady Bulldogs were Destiny Jannell and Amy Roldan for stepping up when needed.

Although the eighth grade B Team played two close games, the girls came up short to Kerrville and Medina Valley. Outstanding Lady Bulldogs included Ashley Frerich and Cheyenne Hauck for their tough defense and creating plays.

Wednesday, Jan. 27, the Lady Bulldogs played the Hondo Owls in their last home game of the season.

The seventh grade B Team played a rough game that ended with a 11-22 loss. The seventh grade A Team also lost 33-16.
