Bulldogs poised with 3-2 district record

The Bandera varsity boys team lost their second district game of the season to district leader Wimberley 62-55 in basketball action Friday, Jan. 26, at home.

The loss gives the Bulldogs a 3-2 district record, with their only losses being to Wimberley.

Scorers for Bandera were Chris Stoops with 12 points, Brandon Hicks, Derek Jennings, and George Reyes each with nine points, Reed Barton with eight points, Gabe Garza with six and Esparza contributing two.

The last three games of the regular season is Friday, Feb. 2, against Ingram, Tuesday, Feb. 6, at Wimberley, and Friday, Feb. 9, at Llano.
