Bandera HS track in Poth Regional Qualifiers Meet
Bandera High School track athletes participated in the Poth Regional Qualifiers Meet on Saturday, April 20.
In the Girls Division, Karla Presa totaled up two first place awards, with a time of 12:16.3 in the 3200 m run, and a time of 5:38.70 in the 1600 m run.
In the 800 m run, Mercy Yermo came in second with a time of 2:26.15.
Lenise McHazlett came in sixth in the 100 m hurdles with a time of 17.90.
In the long jump, Analisa Gonzalez came in fourth with a jump of 16'6" ¾. In the 400 m dash, Gonzalez came in second with a time of 61.88.
In pole vault, Allie Denham came in third with a vault of 9'.
The BHS Ladies 1600 m relay team came in fourth with a time of 4:19.02.
In the Boys Division, Seva Nix came in third in the 3200 meter run with a time of 10:24. Nix also came in third in the 1600 m run with a time of 4:52:16.
Noah Nelson came in sixth in the triple jump with a jump of 40'10".
Ty Neff finished fourth in the 400 m dash with a time of 52.19.
The BHS Track Regional qualifiers will participate in the Regional Meet at Texas A&M University Kingsville at Javelina Stadium on April 26 and 27.
