Frances Willard Weber

1918-2009

Frances Willard Weber, 90, of Kerrville, passed away on Friday, April 24.

She was born on Sept. 9, 1918, to Charles and Edna Willard Weber in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

Frances earned a Bachelor's Degree from Florida State, and was employed as a credit manager for a processing plant as a credit manager. She was a member of Methodist Church in Medina.

Survivors include her brother, Charles Weber, of Medina; niece Judith Gail Weber; and nephews, David, Charles and Richard Weber.

Services were held Monday, April 27, at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Bandera with Pastor Bill Stegemueller officiating. Interment followed at St. Christopher's Episcopal Cemetery.
