Eula Elizabeth Hubble Coleman, 99, of Lefors died Nov. 10, in Pampa, only 47 days before her 100th birthday.
She was born to Henry Hubble and Elizabeth Dugosh Hubble on Dec. 27, 1908, in Kerr County.
She married Luther Coleman on June 25, 1927, in Erick, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on Aug. 13, 1989.
Mrs. Coleman had lived in Lefurs since 1951, and was an active member of the First Baptist Church. She was a homemaker, talented in handiwork of all kinds and a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
Survivors include three sons, LB Coleman and wife Waunell of Salt Lake City, Utah; Stanley Coleman and Patricia of Pampa; and Wayne Coleman and wife Karen of Miami, Texas. She is also survived by two daughters, Faye Nunn of Lefors and Maye Mickelson and her husband, Marvin, of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Other survivors include brothers Tommy Hubble of Bandera and HW “Buddy” Hubble of Medina; sisters, Victoria Cabiness and Genieve Whitehead, both of Medina; 17 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; 26 great-great grandchildren and one great-great-great granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by daughter Billie Prescott, one brother and nine sisters, including twin-sister Bula Hubble Edwards of Medina.
Services were held on Friday, Nov. 14, at the First Baptist Church in Lefors, followed by interment in the Lefors cemetery.
