Members of the Bandera County Grand Jury faced a busy docket on Monday, Jan. 24. By the day's end, 22 people had been indicted for 27 alleged felonies.
The following people were true billed:
• William Ellsworth Bloom, felony theft
• Eugene Michael Davis, aggravated assault
• Robert Loyd D'Spain, possession of certain chemicals
• Daniel Lee Dworacek, burglary of a building
• Isaac Henry Eckstein, continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14
• Veronica Evon Fabro, forgery and possession of certain chemicals with intent to deliver
• Scott Thomas Galan, Aggravated assault
• Janice Goode, firearm smuggling
• Christopher Scottt Graves, felony theft
• Chard Elliot Griffith, burglary of a building
• Dennis Kevin Harris, felony driving while intoxicated
• Sandra Jean Henderson, hindering apprehension
• Benjamin Richard Holan, possession of certain chemicals
• John Robert Johnson, aggravated assault
• Dustin Lee Kalka, indecency with a child
• Fabian Mazurek, felony theft
• Modesto Hernandez Morales, indecency with a child
• Charles Wayne Roberts, misapplication of fiduciary
• Henry Karl Sagemuehl, felony driving while intoxicated
• Gene Wayne Sales, felony theft
• Jason Cody Saunders, possession of certain chemicals, possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver and forgery
• Christopher Swenson, firearm smuggling and burglary of a building
• Kolbee Lynn Trammel, burglary of a building.
