Ratliff remains in Bexar, no arrest re kiddie porn

One-time Bandera County fugitive, William Cassidy Ratliff, 25, remains incarcerated in the Bexar County Jail, according to Bandera County Chief Deputy Richard Smith.
Ratliff is wanted locally for felony burglary of habitations in the Lake Medina Shores area, as well as on other charges.
"He's being charged in Bexar County for possession of marijuana, so he'll be there a little while longer," said Smith.
In conjunction with Ratliff's nearly six months on the lam, Bradley Starr, 20, of Bandera, was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 11, for felony hindering the apprehension and prosecution of a fugitive.
Additionally, Ratliff's mother, Kathleen Ratliff, 54, was taken into custody on Dec. 29, and charged with the same felony.
According to Smith, more arrests related to Ratliff's flight from law enforcement are imminent.
In other BCSO business, no arrests have been made related to the child pornography bust that took place on Galveston Street on Thursday, Jan. 6.
Agents with the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division (ICE) of the Department of Homeland Security, assisted by members of the BCSO Emergency Response Team, executed the raid.
The suspect apparently confessed and agents seized a large quantity of CDs, videos and hard copy photographs as well as marijuana and inhalant paraphernalia.
