BCRAGD and WPOA on BMA’s agenda


The board of directors of the Bexar-Medina-Atascosa Counties Water Control and Improvement District (BMA) will convene in a monthly board meeting at 5 pm, Monday, Aug. 14, in the district office at 2401 State Hwy 132, Natalia, Texas.
The board will enter into closed executive session to discuss 3 legal matters: the water supply contract, Bandera County River Authority, and the Waterfront Property Owners Association (WPOA) agreement.
When they reconvene in open session, the board will discuss and take action on each of these agenda items.
The board will also discuss and take action on proposals from Paradise Canyon; legal bills; Medina Ranch; irrigation water rate; and bond payoff.
