Stolarczyk speaks to Republican Women

Republican candidate for Place 7 of the 4th District Court of Appeal

Bandera County Republican Women welcome Shane Stolarczyk to speak at their monthly club meeting today, at the China Bowl restaurant. The speaker will be Shane Stolarczyk, Republican candidate for Place 7 of the 4th Court of Appeals. The drive for school supplies for the Bandera County schools will also be announced. The social hour begins at 5 pm with the meeting beginning promptly at 6 pm. China Bowl is at 1203 Pecan Street in Bandera. Use the side entrance on Pecan.

Shane Stolarczyk of Kendall County will be speaking at the next Bandera County Republican Women’s Club meeting. Shane is the Republican Candidate for the 4th Court of Appeals. He is challenging the sitting Democrat Justice, Rebeca Martinez. If elected, Shane will be the first person from the Hill Country to serve on the 4th Court. The 4th Court is the court of last resort for nearly all civil and criminal cases filed in the surrounding 32 counties, which includes the Hill Country down to the border.
Shane and his family live in Boerne, Texas. He and his wife, Kim, have a daughter, Quinn (11), and a son, Sawyer (9). Shane and Kim come from humble beginnings, but through hard work, built two small businesses together. Shane believes in service to country and serves as a military officer in the United States Air Force Reserves. There, he has worked as a military prosecutor and advisor to soldiers and veterans. Shane admits that what keeps him most busy, however, are his children, who are competitive swimmers, 4H members, and animal rescuers. In fact, Shane and Kim’s properties in Boerne and Kendalia are filled with goats, alpacas, turkeys, ducks, chickens, as well as dogs and cats that have been rescued.
Shane is running for office because he believes judges should be faithful to the Constitution and laws of Texas. Shane has more than 15 years of experience as a lawyer. Before starting the law firm with his wife, Shane worked for the 4th Court for 10 years. Because of his experience as a small business owner and having worked for the court, Shane can, on day one, hit the ground running to make the court more efficient and better than it is today. If elected, Shane will apply the law as written to all cases coming before him and reach the result that the law demands – not create law from the bench. More detailed information about Shane and his background is available on his website: www.shane4justice.com.
Shane is speaking to the Bandera County Republican Women’s Club because the upcoming 2018 election is one of the most important in the history of the 4th Court. Five of the seven seats on the 4th Court will be voted on in November 2018. This means this election will transform the 4th Court -- for the better or worse. This election gives the citizens of Bandera County and the other 31 surrounding counties the opportunity to be heard and change the court for the better. Although the election is a ways off, Shane has already received the endorsement of Red McCombs, the Texas Civil Justice League, and many other business owners and professionals in the surrounding 32 counties.
The next Bandera Republican Women’s Club meeting is today, July 7, at 5 pm at the China Bowl restaurant, 1203 Pecan St., Bandera.
