Texas Tribune to host free conversation with Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick


The Texas Tribune will host a free, open-to-the-public morning event — A Conversation with Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick — 7:30 am - 9 am on Wednesday, Jan. 11, at the Austin Club in downtown Austin. Street parking available. Doors open at 7:30 am. Conversation and livestream begin promptly at 8 am.
Patrick was sworn in as Texas lieutenant governor in 2015. Previously, he represented District 7 in the Texas Senate and served as chairman of the Senate Education Committee. He was also a member of the Higher Education, Transportation, Criminal Justice, Finance and Redistricting committees. Patrick is the owner of conservative talk radio stations in Houston and Dallas. The discussion will be followed by an audience Q&A session. Coffee will be provided.
