Spirits of Christmas Presents annual toy drive

Special to the Courier

Spirits of Christmas Presents is a nonprofit charitable organization that has been dedicated for more than 30 years to providing children in need in Bandera County with Christmas gifts, toys and a holiday meal for their families.
We depend on financial support from the great community we live in, and this year is no different.
Spirits of Christmas is taking applications for people who need gifts through Dec. 9. Please send applications to Bandera County Helping Hand at 1116 12th St.
Volunteers will choose gifts on the 15th, wrap gifts on the 16th and deliver them on the 17th. The wrapping will occur at the Bandera United Methodist Church at 1103 Cedar St.
Any contribution will help us to continue to make special holiday dreams come true for more than 120 families in our community. The funds you contribute will go directly to the purchase of toys, books, clothing and vouchers for a holiday turkey or ham in addition to the canned goods gathered in our annual food drive at all Bandera school locations, Medina Independent School District and collection box locations around Bandera.
Thank you for your continued support of this great local charity.
