Grand jury indictments in February

The 198th Judicial District Grand Jury met Feb. 9 at the Bandera County Justice Center and handed down 20 indictments.
The following people were true billed:
• Alison Meg Rodriguez – Two counts of filing to appear
• Arlo Pete Pulido (Shanon) – Failing to appear
• Christopher Ryan Williams – Possession of less than one gram of a Penalty Group 1 controlled substance, specifically methamphetamine; and tampering with physical evidence.
• Christopher William Gregory – Family violence assault, impeding breathing and circulation
• Cody Kyle Armstrong - Family violence assault, impeding breathing and circulation
• Cody Waddell Mills – Burglary of a habitation
• Creed Joshua Blevins – Possession of less than one gram of a Penalty Group 1 controlled substance, specifically methamphetamine
• Joseph Patrick Connors – Two counts of failing to appear
• Julian Cesar Garcia – Failure to appear
• Kevin Wade Bowen – Injury to a child, enhanced
• Marcus Lee Tays – Failure to appear
• Michael James Martin - Possession of less than one gram of a Penalty Group 1 controlled substance, specifically methamphetamine
• Randall Ray Garcia – Injury to a child
• Richard Ramirez Jr. – Failure to register as a sex offender
• Robert Anthony Rios – Fraudulent use-possession of identifying information – 15 counts
• Taylor Lee Hawkins -Possession of less than one gram of a Penalty Group 1 controlled substance, specifically methamphetamine
