Relay For Life Survivor Dinner announced


On Tuesday, May 10, Members of the American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Bandera County Relay will hold their annual Cancer Survivor and Caregiver Dinner, beginning at 6:30 pm, in the Bandera United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, 1103 Cedar Street.
Each year, the committee and friends dedicated this special Survivor and Caregiver dinner to those who have fought or are still fighting cancer, as well as for the individuals who have stood beside them through their battle.
The Cancer Survivor and Caregiver Dinner marks the final event before the 2016 Relay for Life.
Those who haven’t yet registered as a survivor are urged to do so at www.RelayForLife.org/BanderaTX.
The Relay For will be held at the Bandera High School Stadium, 474 Old San Antonio Highway. The event will began at 7 pm, Saturday, May 14, and conclude at 2 pm, Sunday, May15.
This 12th annual event will include lots of food and games for all ages. The opening celebration begins at 7 pm.
