Honoring Texas’ history & heritage

From left, to commemorate March as Texas History Month, Pat Gaines, president of the Daughters of the Texas Republic-Joshua D. Brown Chapter in Kerrville, along with Frontier Times Museum Trustee Bill Pannebaker and Executive Director Rebecca Norton installed an exhibit of Texas historical memorabilia from the collections of Gaines, Pannebaker and local historian Eddie Rowe. The exhibit will be displayed at the museum throughout the month. “We are so excited to have this exhibit that shows the continuum of Texas history and look forward to collaborating with members of the DRT on future projects,” said Norton. Frontier Times Museum is open 10 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Saturday. The museum is located at 510 13th Street, one block north of the Bandera County Courthouse in Bandera.
