On earning a tasty degree

On Tuesday, Jan. 26, the Bandera High School Family and Consumer Sciences Department hosted a guest speaker from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Austin. Chef Katie Baxley, a pastry chef, spoke about how to get certifications or an associates degree in food preparation from the technical school. Here she demonstrates methods of plating food using a chocolate sauce sample.
