Law West and East of Privilege Creek

By BCC Stringer

Monday, Feb. 1:
• A Geek from Granbury remains confined to the County Calaboose on account of felony-aggravated-assault-with-a-deadly-weapon charge.
• A Lakehills Lickspittle is also enjoying three “hots & a cot,” courtesy of county taxpayers, because he feloniously possessed a Penalty Grade 1 controlled substance and didn’t pay attention to the suggestions of a previous court.
Tuesday, Feb. 2:
• Felony and misdemeanor warrants from an outside agency seemed sufficient to send a Bandera Blockhead to the slammer for a bit.
• A local weedwacker got busted.
• A 74-year-old Banderan was arrested for felony indecency with a child. However, he didn’t have the decency to remain in jail for more than one night.
• A misdemeanor warrant from an outside agency tripped up a Miscreant from San Marcos.
Wednesday, Feb. 3:
• A Bad Boy from Bandera remains a guest of the X Bar Inn due to a trio of misdemeanor warrants, including one that might revoke his probation, a second for failing to appear and a third “other” one.
A pair of local lunatics were caught after they had apparently thumbed their collective noses – at this count, four times – at the recommendations of previous courts.
Thursday, Feb. 4:
• A second weekwacker – this one from River City – got caught carrying blunt.
Friday, Feb. 5:
• As did a Bandera Birdbrain, but that appears to be the least of his legal woes. Not only was this Master Criminal carrying weed, he was nicked for felony manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and for felony sexual assault as well.
Saturday, Feb. 6:
• A Lunkhead from the Lake District remains under Lock & Key for some kind of misdemeanor judgement.
Sunday, Feb. 7:
• A Bandera Boozer was caught driving while intoxicated for an alleged first time.
• Whereas a Sot from San Antone faces a felony charge after she was DWI with a child in her vehicle.
