Law West and East of Privilege Creek

By Buff Orpington BCC Stringer

Monday, Oct. 26:
• A couple of Lushes from Lakehills -apparently unable to hold their likker in public - were caught and jailed, albeit momentarily.
• A San Antone Scofflaw was pinched up for disorderly conduct.
• A couple of misdemeanor warrants from an outside agency put the kibosh on the good times of an A-Hole from Austin.
• After being charged with two felonies - including an off-bond warrant and another for carrying more than four grams, but less than 200, of a controlled substance - a Bonehead from Rosebud spent a couple of nights under Bandera's Lock & Key.
• A Twit from Tarpley remains confined to the county can after being charged with a so-called felony Blue Warrant that may result in a parole revocation.
Tuesday, Oct. 27:
• A Bandera Bandita apparently skipped out on some previous transgressions and consequently was nicked and charged with having two off-bond misdemeanor warrants. Not for nuttin', but she posted bail anyway.
• A Lightening-Tempered Denizen of the Lake District faces felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge.
Wednesday, Oct. 28:
• A Brownwood Blockhead remains a guest of the Doo Drop Inn, charged with misdemeanor "other" and failure-to-appear warrants.
• Now comes a fine upstanding citizen of the Cowboy Capital or perhaps one of Bantucky's Master Criminals, depending on one's criminal history. This perp's rap sheet has been beefed up with a dozen new charges that include a trio of misdemeanor failing-to-appear warrants, one for resisting arrest and another for evading - not too successfully, one presumes - arrest, as well as the following felonies: two failure-to-appear warrants, another that could lead to a revocation of probation, possession of a ubiquitous controlled substance, a warrant from an outside agency and two counts of failing to register as a sex offender. Thankfully, this loon remains in the quod, enabling the law-abiding citizenry to breath a sigh of relief.
Friday, Oct. 30:
• A feloniously Bad-Tempered Banderan assaulted someone with bodily injury.
Sunday, Nov. 1:
• After being picked up on a first DWI charge, a Boozer from Bandera bonded out handily, but a local weedwacker is still receiving "three hots & a cot," courtesy of county taxpayers.
