The Hill Country Charity Ball Association (HCCBA) is now accepting applications from 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations desiring to be the beneficiary of the 30th Annual Hill Country Charity Ball. All requests must be in writing and postmarked by July 17, 2015. Applicants should submit a detailed description of their project or program and the amount requested. Each request should include organizational background, structure, purpose, objectives, financial statements, amount and specific intended use of funds requested. The HCCBA cannot fund salaries, operating expenses or related administrative costs. The HCCBA has donated over one million dollars to charities in the Hill Country since the first ball in 1986. Activities of the HCCBA focus on the annual Charity Ball scheduled for May 7, 2016.
The most recent Ball held in May 2015 raised $25,000 for Hill Country Youth Soccer Association (AYSO). "We are very excited after coming off such a successful year to choose our next recipient and start preparing for the 2016 Ball," said HCCBA 2016 President, Sarah Distel.
