Anyone seeking a four-legged companion should visit the fire station on Main Street, next to the City of Bandera Municipal Building from 10 am to 3 pm this Saturday, April 4. Wonderful dogs from the Bandera County Animal Shelter will be offered for adoption. And, especially for Easter, each adopted dog comes with an egg filled with candy. The nominal on-site adoption fee includes rabies vaccine and spay-neuter procedure. Additionally, all county pet lovers are urged to checkout and "Like" the new Bandera County Animal Control Facebook page. Remember, more "Likes" means missing dogs will have better chances of finding their way home and homeless pooches will get adopted faster.
