Smith announces HC Leadership Team

Special Ambassador Elenora Dugosh Goodley included Congressman Lamar Smith in special historical marker dedications during consecutive Celebrate Bandera events. Both Ward and Goodley have been included in Smith's newly formed Hill Country Leadership Team.

United States Representative Lamar Smith recently announced the formation of an advisory team for the new Congress.
The Hill Country Leadership Team is comprised of local elected officials, business leaders and grassroots conservative activists from the Hill Country counties in the 21st Congressional District. The diverse group of leaders will advise Smith on an array of issues during this Congress.
Lila Ward, vice president of Bandera County Republican Women, and Bandera County Special Ambassador Elenora Goodley will represent the county on the advisory team.
"Maintaining an open line of communication between elected officials and the constituents should be a top priority in every congressional district," Smith said. "I'm honored to receive advice and counsel from local community leaders throughout the 21st Congressional District."
Other members of the Hill Country Leadership Team Bandera County include: Scott Kramer, president of the Kendall County Republican Club; Julie Cripe, president of the Comfort Area Republican Women; Barbara Racinowski, president of the Kendall County Republican Women; Ron Racinowski, vice-chairman of the Kendall County Republican Party; Todd Biershwale, precinct chairman of the Gillespie County Republican Party; Cord Switze, Fredericksburg small business owner; Harold Dean, president of the Kerrville Chamber of Commerce; Terri DuBose, Real County SREC committeewoman for State District 19; Bella Rubio, combination clerk for Real County; Don Casey, president of the Blanco County Farm Bureau; and Blanco Mayor Chuck Homan.
Smith will continue to expand the membership of the leadership team.
