Law West and East of Privilege Creek

By Judith Pannebaker BCC Editor

Tuesday, Jan. 19:
• A Cibolo Loon remains confined to the County Can for a misdemeanor warrant that may eventually revoke her probation.
• As does a Freak from F'burg - except his MTRP warrant appeared to be of a more felonious nature.
Wednesday, Jan. 20:
• A felony warrant from an outside agency seemed sufficient to send a local yokel to the slammer where he also remains.
• A Pipe Creep was pinched for being dogged by two misdemeanor warrants from an outside agency.
• Although picked up for four felonies, including two counts of voluntary manslaughter coupled with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a Scofflaw from San Antone spent but scant hours in the slammer contemplating his actions before bonding out.
Thursday, Jan. 22:
• A Bad Boy from Boerne found himself in a pickle, as well as the aforementioned Gray Bar Inn, charged with stealing something worth over $50 but less than $500 ¬- as well as for that failure-to-appear warrant that he had apparently successfully ignored for a time.
Friday, Jan. 23:
• A court ordered that a Bandera Bonehead be taken into custody for a misdemeanor and so he was and so he remains.
• Ditto a Kerr-Vert, but his was a felony charge.
• A Belligerent Banderan was nicked for felony aggravated assault of a police officer and for felony possession of a Penalty Group 1 controlled substance. He also remains under Lock & Key for these most singular transgressions.
• A 17-year-old Pip from the Pipe District is also in Bandera's Big House, apparently for attempting to lift something worth more than $500 but less than $1,500.
Saturday, Jan. 24:
• Not surprisingly, a Boob from Bandera has been charged with possession of might be considered a lesser illegal controlled substance.
