Staff and volunteers with the Bandera County Animal Care & Control will hold their first "Meet & Greet" pet adoption of the New Year from 10 am to 2 pm, Saturday, Jan. 3, at the volunteer fire department on Main Street. Along with the reasonable pet adoption fees, rabies vaccinations will be administered on-site. Available dogs ran the gamut of sizes and breed-blends. Additionally, computer images will allow potential adopters to view additional dogs that are living at the facility on Highway 16 North. Drop by the fire station this Saturday and find your new BFF - Best four-legged friend.
