PRMC's community art lending program

Peterson Regional Medical Center (PRMC) celebrates the second half of the second year of the Community Art Lending Program.
The highly successful art program, displaying local and regional artists at PRMC's Outpatient Rehabilitation Department at the Ambulatory Care Center (ACC), continues to grow each quarter.
Located at 260 Cully Drive, adjacent to the main hospital, artists are invited to lend their works for three months at a time. Artwork is displayed down the main hallway from the reception area toward the rehabilitation gym, one of the busiest and frequented hallways in the facility.
The staff calls for new artists to submit work for display in the new quarter, which runs January through March. Artists interested in submitting art for consideration should submit photos in person or via email by Tuesday, Dec. 23.
Open to all Hill Country artists, including high school and university students, the Peterson Community Art Lending Program assists in the promotion of talented artists and offers the patients, along with their families and the staff, the stimulation and energy and inspiration of an artistic environment while in the healing facility.
Shares Marketing and Community Relations Director Lisa Winters said, "This art program has been a blessing to patients, their families, visitors, physicians and the entire Peterson staff. We've connected with each supporting artist and daily witness the inspiration their art bring to our patients. We look forward to seeing new and repeating artists continue to submit art for consideration. Two years and going strong!"
Local artists and photographers interesting in participating this year, are asked to email photos of available pieces to Lisa Winters, marketing and community relations, at lwinters@petersonrmc.com or to call 830-258-7628.
All of the required forms, selection schedule and information can be found at www.petersonrmc.com, select Community page, or by calling Winters.
