A special pet adoption event will take place Saturday, August 31, at the Bandera Volunteer Fire Station on Main Street. Beginning at 10 am, dogs from the county animal care facility will be looking for their forever homes at this off-site adoption. Anyone seeking a wonderful companion animal is urged to stop by in between Celebrate Bandera activities. Adoptions are just $25 and rabies vaccines will be administered on-site prior to the adoption.
