Kuykendall represents Texas at national contest

Courtney Kuykendall was selected to the 2014 Texas 4-H State Shooting Sports Team and will represent Texas in the shotgun discipline at the National 4-H Invitational Contest, June 24-29, in Grand Island, Nebraska. A six-year member of the Medina Clay Target/Bandera 4-H Shotgun team, Kuykendall has received numerous awards in trap, skeet and whiz bang competitions. She was selected from a large group of applicants for her leadership, overall involvement and shooting proficiency. Courtney will become a member of the Tarleton State University Shotgun Team in the fall of 2014. Pictured with Kuykendall are Bandera County Extension Agents Stacy Teston and Sam Womble.
