January 198th Judicial District Grand Jury

Under the direction of District Attorney Scott Monroe, the 198th Judicial District Grand Jury of Bandera County met on Jan. 14 and handed down 25 indictments.
The following individuals were true billed:
• Blayne Lansford Black - Credit or debit card abuse
• Tara Kryata Brueland - Burglary of a habitation
• Eric Sean Cavin - Burglary of a habitation and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon
• Patricia Josephine Dungan - Burglary of a habitation
• Jeremy Allen Gould - Failure to appear
• Rubin Casares Guel - Failure to appear
• Robert E. Harrison - Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
• Christine Michelle Kramer - Possession of less than one gram of a controlled substance
• Billy Joe Lynch - Evading arrest with a prior conviction
• Jackson Collier Mann - Possession of less than one gram of a controlled substance and bringing a prohibited substance into a correctional facility
• Adam Emmanuel McGhee - Failure to appear
• Joshua Post Moore - Theft and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon
• Rodrigo Eden Perez Jr. - Possession of less that one gram of a Penalty Group 1 controlled substance
• Richard Ray Pompa II - Arson, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of burglary of a habitation and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle
• Christopher Reese - Indecency with a child and two counts of sexual assault of a child
• Fredrick Paul Sanchez - Abandoning or endangering a child and evading arrest with a vehicle
• Berrett Jordan Whitworth - Bringing a prohibited substance into a correctional facility
