New veterans' group to meet in Bandera

Contributed

A new group for veterans of all branches of the United States military will meet at 1830 to 1930 hours - that's 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm - every Tuesday evening at the Bandera County Library, 505 Main Street.
WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) is headed by Jasen Wells, veteran WRAP coordinator, at the Hill Country MHDD Centers in Hondo.
The group is open to veterans who have served in the US Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines and Coast guard and in all wars and conflicts in which the United States military has been involved. Discussions will center on any issues that veterans and their families may have, especially PTSD or TBI.
"What is discussed will stay with us" is WRAP's credo.
Veterans interested in participating in WRAP are asked to contact Wells at 830-741-0630, 830-426-4362 or jwells@hillcountry.org.
