(Other brands include Snausages, Meaty Bone, Jerky Treats, Meow Mix, Pounce and Alley Cat.)
"Every pet has a right to balanced nutrition, and so our promise is quality, accessible pet food and treats," added Dave West, the company president. "We know that healthy, happy pets can make lives fuller."
Some ingredients used in Big Heart brands:
• Meat and bone meal - Milk-Bone, ingredient determined by FDA to be likely to contain a euthanized animal.
• Animal Fat - Meow Mix, ingredient determined by FDA to be likely to contain a euthanized animal.
• BHA - Kibbles n' Bits, chemical preservative associated with serious illness.
• Meat By-Products - 9 Lives, ingredient that could be sourced from rejected for use in human food meats.
• Dyes - various products, of no nutritional benefit to the pet, some dyes have links to illness.
And many supplements used in Big Heart brands are sourced from "international suppliers" including China. (Milo's Kitchen products were recalled after being related to dog deaths and illnesses.

However, they're now baaaaack!)
