Girl Scout cadets Michaela Ellis and Lilly Rentroe sold cookies outside of Lowe's Market in Bandera Saturday, Feb. 8. Bandera Girl Scouts have sold 2,100 boxes of cookies so far.

Local Girl Scouts continue to sell their seven varieties of cookies this month. They'll be selling them this Saturday, Feb. 15, from a 38-foot Girl Scout leadership bus in front of the Bandera County Courthouse.
From noon until 2 pm the girls will use the opportunity to publicize their fundraising efforts by selling cookies in front of the bus. The Bandera stop will be one of 10 places the bus will visit in the South Central Texas area.
If you miss the bus at the courthouse, they'll also be at True Value Hardware, 1006 Main Street in Bandera from noon until 3 pm and at Lowe's Supermarket at 907 Main Street, Bandera from 2-6 pm.
The Girl Scouts will be at the Barrel House Feed Barn, Hwy 16 in Pipe Creek Saturday, Feb. 15, 9:30 am to 3 pm.
Sales are expected to end Feb. 23, so get your Girl Scout cookies now.
The cookies are $3.50 a box. Varieties include Savannah Smiles, crisp, zesty, lemon cookies; Trefoils, traditional shortbread cookies; Do-Si-Dos, peanut butter sandwich cookies; Samoas, chewy and rich; Dulce De Leche, Latin-inspired caramel; Thank U Berry Munch, cookie with premium cranberries; Tagalongs, peanut butter patties; and Thin Mints, thin and minty cookies.
