Symphony tackles 'Big Bands, rock 'n roll'

The Symphony of the Hills will present a concert titled, "America's Favorite Music: From Big Bands to Rock 'n Roll" at 7:30 pm, Saturday, Jan. 11, at the Cailloux Theater, 910 Main Street, in Kerrville. The evening will begin with a wine reception in the lobby at 6:30 p.m.
The symphony's "Pop" concert is always a highight of the season. The 60-piece orchestra will perform recognizable favorites from the Big Band era to the days of rock and roll.
