Rudi Harst adding music to yoga

Yoga with Willie will add some musical harmony to the workout on Monday, Oct. 14, at the Silver Sage Corral. The class begins promptly at 10 am and ends at 11:15. The class fee is only $5 and $2 of that supports Silver Sage Corral programs for seniors.
Joining the weekly class taught by Willie McDaniel will be Rudi Harst, a musician who uplifts with creative concerts, workshops and rituals. "I live in a house of Yes, where everything is possible," said Harst.
"I've known Rudi for many, many years, and I know my students will benefit from spending an hour with him," said McDaniel.
Harst says he actively seeks life lessons, and when he finds a clue, he "puts it in a song, a story or a talk." Then he entertains by sharing the clues.
One of his newest songs is entitled, "Growing Old is Growing Old."
Everyone is invited to take part in what is sure to be one of the most fun yoga classes ever held in Bandera. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat and join in.
You'll get healthier and feel good about yourself and your life.
