Cub Scout Pack 416 selling cookie dough

Contributed

On Saturday, Sept. 21, the Bandera Cub Scout Pack 416 will be taking orders for Otis Spunkmeyer Frozen Cookie Dough at two locations in Bandera. One is outside Boyle's Bandera Hardware and the other is Lowe's Grocery Store.
These businesses have generously agreed to aid the Cub Scouts in their first fundraiser by the use of their busy locations from 8 am - noon.
Payment is made at the time of the order and the scouts will personally deliver your order to you the week of Oct. 21-26.
Cub Scout Pack 416 consists of approximately 15 boys between the ages of 6 and 10. The Pack has recently been chartered by Grace Lutheran Church through the efforts of Pastor Arden Dorn and Belinda Bostain, church secretary.
The Scouts have very limited funds at their disposal and hope to sell enough to go on field trips, buy Class B uniforms, and pay for weekly den activities.
Anyone wishing to place an order or make a donation may call Gina Aldridge, Assistant Cubmaster/Treasurer, at 830-796-4598.
"We are willing to work hard to earn the money we need but the help of our community would be greatly appreciated," Aldridge said.
