February, March Grand jury indictments

The Bandera County Grand Jury met on Monday, Feb. 28, and handed down 17 indictments. The following individuals were true billed:

• Ryan Matthew Ahnberg - Felony evading arrest
• Rafael Alanis - Possession of marijuana, 4 ounces to 5 pounds
• Andres Michawl Calcote - Felony evading arrest
• Anthony Reyes Gomez - Possession of a prohibited substance in a correctional facility, two indictments for possession of less than one gram of a PG 1 controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence
• Juan Jose Gonzales Jr. - Two indictments for delivery of a controlled substance
• Christopher Michael Goodwill - Possession of less than a gram of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone
• Shawn McOwen - Breach of computer security
• Travis Lawrence Pittman - Possession of less than a gram of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone
• James Robert Rhodes - Failure to comply with sex registration requirements
• William Franklin Swinehart - Burglary of a habitation
• Tommy Ray Theiss - Aggravated assault
• Adam Christen Vaughan - Money laundering and possession of 4 ounces to 5 pounds of marijuana
On Monday, March 25, the grand jury met and handed down four indictments to the following individuals:
• Carter Engle Cox - Felony driving while intoxicated
• Ray Curtis Peche - Felony assault family violence
• Kasey Leigh Trammel - Tampering with physical evidence and possession of less than one gram of a PG 1 controlled substance
