Law West and East of Privilege Creek

By Judith Pannebaker BCC Editor

Wednesday, May 1:
A Scofflaw from San Antonio was arrested for purported felony aggravated kidnapping.

A Lawbreaker from Lakehills remains confined to the county quod after it was discovered he was being dogged by warrants that suggest he may have disregarded the astute suggestions of previous courts.

Thursday, May 2:
A quartet of misdemeanors, including a capius pro fine warrant, another for failing to appear and charges of criminal mischief and being pie-eyed in public, seemed sufficient to send a Pipe Creep to the slammer, where he remains - at least of this writing.

A Kerr-Vert caught burglarizing a residence remains behind bars on a felony charge.

Friday, May 3:
A 59-year-old Weedwacker from San Antone - who should have, but didn't, know better - had apparently gone one toke over the line when, after being charged with possession of bud, also, rather than just chill out, apparently assaulted someone by threat.

A Bandera Bonehead was finally apprehended for having two off-bond felony(?) warrants.

A 30 something woman from Medina has been charged with felony sexual assault.

Remember guy from Bandera, "when the moon was in the seventh house and Jupiter aligned with Mars ...," it wasn't illegal to possess weed in a drug-free zone, but it is now.

Saturday, May 4:
Another Saturday night in the Free State of Bantucky and two more local yokels were required to sleep off their public intoxication charges overnight in the local Big House.

Sunday, May 5:
An inexorable capius pro fine misdemeanor warrant eventually led to the - albeit brief - incarceration of a Lunkhead from Lakehills.
