DPS newest 'Most Wanted' sex offenders from Floresville, Dallas
Law enforcement personnel with the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) have added Juan Jose Villa, 36, to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender list. A $5,000 cash reward is now offered for information leading to his capture.
Villa has a violent criminal past and three active, outstanding arrest warrants. Texas Crime Stoppers tips are guaranteed to be anonymous.
Villa was born in San Antonio, where his friends and relatives still live. He has previously worked as an auto mechanic, tire repairman, and floor buffer-stripper. He has been arrested multiple times for exposing himself to children, and is currently wanted by the Wilson County Sheriff's Office for indecency with a child by sexual contact, deadly conduct and failing to register as a sex offender.
Villa is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 240 pounds. He has multiple scars, including on the insides of both his wrists and over his left eyebrow. He also has burn scars on his chest, right shoulder, left shoulder and entire back.
Jimmy Ray McMillan, 41, has also been added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender list, and a $3,000 cash reward is offered for information leading to his capture. McMillan is wanted for failing to register as a sex offender.
McMillan has relatives and friends living in Dallas, and has been known to work in construction and carnival jobs. His criminal history includes sexual assault of a 9-year-old girl, burglary, evading arrest-detention and DWI.

Texas Crime Stoppers, which is funded by the Governor's Criminal Justice Division, offers cash rewards to any person who provides information that leads to the arrest of one of the Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitives or sex offenders. Anonymous tips can be provided by:

All calls, texts, emails and Facebook messages are anonymous.
