Grand Jury - May & June

After convening on May 21, the Bandera County Grand Jury indicted eight people, handing down the following true bills:

• Jenna Marie Dobson - Possession of less than one gram of a PG2 controlled substance in a drug-free zone

• Randale Alan Gutierrez - Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in the drug-free zone; unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon; and possession of a simulated controlled substance with intent to deliver

• Jeffery Jasso - Felony driving while intoxicated

• Chelsea Jenee Lipscomb - Possession of a simulated controlled substance with intent to deliver; and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in the drug-free zone

• Patrick Stuart McGuire - Sexual assault

• Dalton James Morse - Possession of less than one gram of a PG 1 controlled substance

• Michael Paul Odom - Aggravated sexual assault and sexual assault

• Kelsey Faye Reeves - Possession of less than one gram of a PG 1 controlled substance; and possession of a prohibited substance in a correctional facility

Additionally, after convening on Wednesday, June 20, the grand jury indicted three people on the following charges:

• Juan Jose Garza - DWI with a child passenger

• Joseph Michael Williams - Endangering a child and felony evading arrest

• Nicole Duffin Windham - Felony driving while intoxicated
