Master Naturalists start training
The Hill Country Chapter of the Texas Master Naturalist program is offering the annual training class starting August 22. There are still a few spaces left in the class and anyone interested in joining the class may contact Eileen Gotke at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 367-4001, to get an application or go to the chapter website
and click on "How to Become a Master Naturalist."
Class fee is $175 and applications will be accepted until class is filled or through August 22.
The Hill Country Master Naturalist is made up of volunteers from Kerr, Gillespie, Bandera and Kendall counties who work in their communities to assist others in learning about the Hill Country native plants and wildlife, along with land stewardship.
