Pictured: Owners Jesse Arreola and John Parks bring a wealth of experience and training to the table to solve your computer problems, set up internet services, or install satellite TV service. Visit them at Tech 1 Computers at 158 State Highway 16, in the office strip next to the Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Jesse Arreola and John Parks opened Tech 1 Computers in Bandera in November 2013. The business partners offer their customers a wide range of experience and certification in all areas of computer service.
"We want to be Bandera's one-stop shop for any computer problems," said Parks. "We're Microsoft certified technicians, so we're well versed in all Microsoft products, software and hardware."
However, they are not limited to the Microsoft brand. "We can help with Macintosh and Linux, too."
For small businesses as well as individuals, they can set up servers, workstations, fire walls, the Cloud and more.
Arreola and Parks can help customers with needed PC repairs, networking set-ups and wireless set-ups.
The biggest issues with computers for costumers are viruses and malware. Sometimes users just get stuck.
The Tech 1 duo will be happy to set up individual training sessions. "We can show people what to do with their new gadgets," said Parks. "We want our customers not to be afraid of their technology. They can't break it to where we can't fix it!"
They also like to discuss the causes of problems with their customers, teaching them how to prevent recurrences.
The Bandera Location at 158 State Highway 16, in the office strip next to the Convention and Visitors Bureau is an extension of their business in Boerne.
"We were in Boerne for seven years and began to see an increase in Bandera customers after a computer repair shop closed down here," said Arreola.
In addition to computer services, Tech 1 Computers are licensed vendors and installers for Dish Network™ and DirectTV™, and for execede INTERNET™.
Excede offers high speed internet for rural subscribers. "It's very reliable and there's no buffering when streaming," said Parks.
Personalized service is a key to the success of Tech 1 Computers. "When you call us, you talk to a human being," said Parks.
Both men have multiple certifications for computer service and they take advantage of Microsoft's online academy to keep up to date on the latest developments.
Parks started with Radio Shack™ 28 years ago and has a degree in electronics.
"We want to bring big city quality service to customers in this rural area," said Parks, "by meeting industry standards. And we want our customers to be able to use their technology to its full potential."
This personable pair will no doubt bring a lot of peace of mind to tech users in Bandera County.
