Boys & Girls Club thanks Utterback
On Saturday, August 3, volunteers and staff of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bandera County spent a time planning, envisioning and prioritizing the future of the organization during a board retreat. Attending were the club's directors and Chief Professional Officer Greg Parker.
Organization leaders also recognized Brett Utterback, a member of the board of directors for the past eight years. Utterback recently stepped down for personal reasons, but during his tenure he served as the Chief Volunteer Officer (Board President) for two and a half years. He spent many years envisioning where the Bandera County club needed to be while serving children.
The working retreat was lead by Boys & Girls Clubs of America professional Fay Beard, who serves in the position of Director, Organizational Development.
