Kiwanis welcomes scholarship applicants


The Kiwanis Community Service Corporation, in cooperation with the Bandera County Kiwanis Club, announces it 2012-2013 scholarship program for graduating seniors at Bandera High School. All graduating seniors are eligible to apply.
The BHS counselor's office has the application forms.

The Bandera Kiwanis Club was founded in September of 1999 and began offering scholarships in 2000.

Kiwanis is dedicated to serving youth. The motto of Kiwanis International is "Serving the Children of the World." The local club has 25 dedicated members.

Anyone interested in knowing more about Kiwanis is encouraged to attend a club meeting held every second and fourth Thursday of the month at noon at the China Bowl Restaurant, or by calling 210-260-3464.
