World Champion Trick Roper Kevin Fitzpartrick offered a western-style welcome to members of the Strzelce Opolskie Sister Partner delegation - including Arkadiusz Kinder, Sandra Willim and Regina and Magadalena Dimitrowa - at the Bandera County Courthouse lawn Friday, August 24.

The ceremony also included "speechifying" by elected officials, exhibitions by Fitzpatrick and the Bandera Cattle Company Gunfighters and photo ops with a longhorn from the Cross-T Ranch.
