• The Summer Reading Program is in full swing and it is not too late to sign up.
• The Medina Community Library will also host the Kids 3-Day Summer Celebration on July 31, August 1, and August 2. Everyone is invited and all activities are free.
On Tuesday, July 31, from 9:30-10:30 am, Kevin Fitzpatrick, world renowned trick roper will perform. From 11 to noon, Ian Varella, ventriloquist, will entertain. Lunch will be served from noon to 1 pm.
On Wednesday, August 1, from 9:30 to noon, pottery maker Merry Mary will demonstrate her craft. Lunch will follow the program.
On Thursday, August 2, from 9:30 to 10:30 am, Dinosaur George, paleontologist, will share his expertise about dinosaurs. From 11 to noon, there will be a program on Mad Science, Wacky Science, with plenty of crazy experiments.
The Summer Reading Program Awards and lunch will follow.
